A water-in-oil cream based on Japanese technology. The cream has a matte appearance and consists of a very high amount of water dispersed in ultra-fine droplets in an oil phase. The result is a cream that breaks down on contact with the skin and releases water droplets. The water droplets provide a unique feeling of refreshment when applied, yet the skin feels nourished after application. This is due to the outer phase, which consists of oil and forms a lipid protective film on the skin.
